SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to the UK, Europe, and other worldwide destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and during busier periods. We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-2 business days. 

UK Shipping:

Any orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or public holiday will be despatched the next working day. The following shipping options are available 

  • Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - Free
  • Next Day Delivery (orders placed by 2 pm)* - £6.50
  • Saturday Delivery (Friday 2pm cut-off)** - £12.00

*Our next-day delivery option is only available on working days: Monday - Friday. 

**Our Saturday delivery option is for orders placed before Friday 2pm, any orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered on the following Saturday. 

Please note that whilst couriers aim to deliver on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed for standard and next delivery options. 

International Shipping:

We offer standard shipping to all countries and express shipping to a select few. All international shipping times and costs vary by country, but it's charged at flat-rate by region as follows for standard:

Ireland - Free Shipping - 4 to 7 working days

Europe Zone 1 – £9.95 - 4 to 7 working days

Europe Zone 2 – £14.95  - 4 to 7 working days

North America – £19.95 - 6 to 10 working days

Rest of World – £24.95 - 6 to 10 working days

To confirm the shipping costs and estimated delivery time specific to your country, simulate an order through to the checkout page and input your country, city and post/zip code. This will give you the estimated shipping cost and length of time. We are constantly looking to update our shipping prices regularly to reflect the best prices available to our business as we grow.

Customs Duties and Taxes*:

Please keep in mind that any additional taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full to ensure delivery of the parcel. Most courier companies will request payment in advance of delivering a customer's parcel to its final destination. It is the customer's responsibility to check if any customs charges apply to their shipping destination before purchasing.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to Realm or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any shipping cost or fees associated with the return. Any additional costs we incur will be deducted from your refund. If the item is returned to us, please note that the original international postage costs paid by you will not be refunded.

Duties and Taxes Paid - Select Countries - See Below

We are currently rolling out duties paid upfront for all our key markets. We have partnered with our shipping providers to display and collect these costs upfront, giving you full transparency, faster service, and fewer hidden fees. 

For certain destinations, duties and taxes are collected at checkout. For all other destinations, any import duties, taxes or clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

*Note that for returns that are delivered customs and duties paid, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a refund from their local tax office and courier.
