To Clean: Always start with dry shoes. Using a dry suede brush, brush the shoes to remove any dirt.

For any stubborn marks, use a soft bristled suede brush and cleaning foam.

Suede is a pigment dyed material, which means there is always a risk of colour loss. Using less water when cleaning your shoes will reduce the loss of colour.

Allow suede to fully dry before wearing and use a dry suede brush to bring back the soft texture of the nap after cleaning.

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - Free

Next Day Delivery (orders placed by 2pm) - £6.50

Please note that our next day delivery option is only available on working days Monday- Friday.

Whilst couriers always aim to deliver on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. Any orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or public holiday will be despatched the next working day.

RETURNS

If your item is unsuitable, you have the option to return it.

You have 14 days from order receipt to request a return. You then have an additional 7 days from the request date to post the item back us. A prepaid return labels will be provided, and a flat fee of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage and handling.

All items must be in their original packaging including the dust bag and in a sellable condition.

We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear.
