Due to their soft, lightweight construction, the Cadence Ballet Flats are more delicate than a structured shoe and so some scuffing and signs of wear may naturally occur over time. To keep them looking their best, take extra care on rough surfaces and avoid prolonged contact with water.

Please make sure to regularly treat your shoes with a hydrating leather conditioner to prevent the leather from hardening or cracking with age. This should be neutral in colour so it doesn't alter the colour.

If you want a richer finish with more shine, you can also use a cream polish in a matching colour to the leather, to help cover any scuffs.

Next Day Delivery (orders placed by 2pm) - £6.50

Whilst couriers always aim to deliver on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. Any orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or public holiday will be despatched the next working day.

International shipping costs vary by country, but it's charged at flat-rate by region as follows:

You have a total of 14 calendar days from order receipt to request a return and send the item back to us. We offer prepaid return labels, with a flat fee of £6.95 which will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage and handling.

All items must be in their original packaging including the dust bag and in a sellable condition.

We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear.
