Please make sure to regularly treat your shoes with a hydrating leather conditioner to prevent the leather from hardening or cracking with age. This should be neutral in colour so it doesn't alter the colour of your boots.

If you want a richer finish with more shine, you can also use a cream polish in a matching colour to the leather, to help cover any scuffs.

UK Shipping:

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) - Free

Next Day Delivery (orders placed by 2pm) - £6.50

Please note that our next day delivery option is only available on working days Monday- Friday.

Whilst couriers always aim to deliver on Saturdays, this is not guaranteed. Any orders placed on a weekend, bank holiday or public holiday will be despatched the next working day. 

International Shipping:

International shipping costs vary by country, but it's charged at flat-rate by region as follows:

Europe Zone 1 – £9.95
Europe Zone 2 – £14.95
North America – £19.95
Rest of World – £24.95

Customs Duties and Taxes:

USA: Customs and duties are charged at checkout so there are no additional fees to pay later.

Rest of World: Please keep in mind that any additional taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full to ensure delivery of the parcel. Please make sure you check if any custom charges apply to your shipping destination before purchasing.

If your item is unsuitable, you have the option to return it.

You have 14 days from order receipt to request a return. You then have an additional 7 days from the request date to post the item back us. A prepaid return labels will be provided, and a flat fee of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage and handling.

All items must be in their original packaging including the dust bag and in a sellable condition.

We cannot accept returns that show any signs of wear.
